Darkness Into Light | Mental Health Awareness Week

Ahead of Mental Health Awareness Week, we’d like to shine a light on an important fundraiser taking place tomorrow morning, 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱! 🌍

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗿🌄
Darkness Into Light 2026 is Pieta (the Irish charity for suicide & self-harm prevention) flagship fundraiser. This 5km walk begins at 𝟰:𝟭𝟱 𝗮.𝗺. on 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟵𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.
Funds raised support Pieta’s free, life-saving services for individuals & families in communities affected by suicide & self-harm. The event is a powerful symbol of hope, bringing people together to support mental health awareness & prevention.
*𝘈𝘭𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘗𝘪𝘦𝘵𝘢’𝘴 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘭𝘺 𝘢𝘪𝘮𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘐𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘥, 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘺 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘦 𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘯 𝘭𝘰𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯.
