This week we are reflecting on a landmark project we were proud to be part of: the CLN Data Centre in Meath, Ireland delivered across multiple phases.

✅ 𝗣𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝟭 & 𝟮
Delivered large-scale infrastructure works including:
– 400,000m³ excavation & 500,000m³ fill
– 220km of ducting (fibre, MV, LV, lighting & security)
– 4.5km watermain & drainage networks
– 450+ precast utility chambers
– Roads, pavements & extensive concrete works
– Generator yards, loading docks & attenuation ponds

✅ 𝗣𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝟯
Comprehensive groundworks, utilities & concrete to support a standalone data facility:
– 28,000m² floors & 10,000m² generator yard slabs
– 480 foundations & 1.2km precast ground beams
– Utility infrastructure inc. fibre, MV/LV ducting, drainage & 1.6km watermain
– 80 precast chambers
– Ancillary in-situ works to electrical, tank & dock areas
– Delivered in a live data centre environment with ecological & operational constraints

✅ 𝗣𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝟱 & 𝟲
Civil engineering packages for the final phases of this flagship data centre including:
– 450,000m³ excavation & 380,000m³ fill
– 200km ducting network & 3.5km watermain
– 250 precast chambers, roads & pavements
– 1,050 foundations, 4.2km precast ground beams & 60,000m² floors
– Generator yards, attenuation ponds & extensive site development works

Across all phases, our delivery focused on precision, scale & coordination, supporting the expansion of one of Europe’s leading hyperscale data centre campuses. A huge credit to all teams involved in safely delivering complex works in a live, fast-paced environment🙌
