This project contained many challenging structural aspects which were all undertaken to a landlocked plot which was accessed only via the front elevation and severely restricted by the confines of the TFL Red Route.

The basement floor was structurally lowered in line with the many Party Wall Award agreements and taking due cognisance of the basement neighbours which were operating sensitive dentistry and health clinics on either side of the property.

New floors were constructed whilst the front façade was supported with a carefully co- ordinated structural steel temporary support scheme sensitive to the Grade 2 Listing of the building.

A new fourth floor was formed at roof level increasing the capacity of the building to produce five high end apartments for private sale.
