This refurbishment of an existing 5 storey office building included some major structural remodelling to convert a ‘cellular’ layout into ‘open plan’ office accommodation.

The roof structure was replaced & new roof finishes added. The lift shaft and party walls were underpinned and a cavity drain system was installed in the basement. The listed façade was repaired and renovated and all external windows and doors were replaced in line with Conservation Officer approval.

The complete new mechanical and electrical services installation included the provision of comfort cooling.

A new passenger lift was installed as well as glazed partitions, furniture and complete IT installation within the 12,000 sq ft of Cat B office space.
