• Soft strip and lift removal while retaining the listed items within the Grade          2 listed building
• Notifiable and non-notifiable asbestos removal
• Design and installation of a CAT 2 façade retaining temporary works                       system including the manual of installation of 70t of steelwork
• Demolition of the existing roof, the South and East facades and floorplates         between Level 4 to  Ground Floor
• Installation of underpinning, lift pits and capping beams ahead of the                   rebuild of the permanent structure
• Formation of a twin RC lift shaft from Basement to Level 4 using the Peri            DUO System Formwork
• Installation of a new steel frame to the South and East façades from                    basement to Level 5
• Installation of timber bays and composite slabs to the new steel frame
• Timber installation to strengthen the existing structure throughout
• Drainage installation throughout the Basement
• Brickwork repairs and the installation of the Helifix repair system                          throughout the building
• Formation of builderswork openings through structural walls across the              basement
• Structural waterproof tanking to the basement slab and walls
• Installation of RC upstands to riser openings
• Installation of GRP riser flooring from Ground Floor to Level 4
