We are currently undertaking a project for ATC on behalf of Crossrail constructing the Plumstead Maintenance Facility and Urban Realm to service the new Crossrail Elizabeth Line. The site is located in south east London on an old waste disposal facility.
One of the key elements incorporated within the civils / groundworks package is the installation of all ducting, troughing, chambers and pits to facilitate the cable relocation / pulling requirement for the project. As well as Foul and storm water drainage systems, reinforced concrete foundations, new cast in situ reinforced concrete retaining walls, installation of new rainwater harvesting tank, oil interceptor tanks and silt traps.

In addition we have the Urban Realm package which includes , Modular gravel retaining system, Baffles to Car Park, Access roads from formation to surface level, Road Humps, Tactile Paving, Kerbs, Footpaths, Edging Stones, White lining to roads, entrances, carparks and signage, Bollards and barriers; including foundations, Bicycle shed / Motorcycle parking facilities.

The project is planned on a phased handover of the site to accommodate the construction & fit out of the main Crossrail tunnels. With Project team working closely with the client and Crossrail to ensure the project is delivered successfully, on time and on budget.
